Day two I believe of my Thailand trip. In Bangkok and then headed to Chiang Mai

 More shots from the Tuk Tuk. This may have been the time that we got scammed by the driver. They call you over since the could easily tell we are tourists and ask where we want to go. After some discussion we get some places in mind and he says he will take us there for the low low price of 20 Baht, which is about 60 cents, BUT before we jump in he says he knows of a great suit tailoring shop thats on the way that we should check out. So we bump around in the Tuk Tuk and we end up at this Tailor shop where they try to rip you off with some crap suits at some high prices, the Tuk Tuk driver gets commission of bringing us buy and then proceeds to drop us off at our destination. We soon figure out they do this all over the place and if you want a straight shot to your temple/hotel/tourist attraction you must pay the big bucks and get a Tuk Tuk driver that doesn't have a suit shop fitting his gas bill. All in all we did this several times to get cheap Tuk Tuk fairs and to explore more of Bangkok because almost always the suit shop is not actually on the way to your real destination.

 Here are a few of the tons of pictures I took of the millions of scooters they have in Thailand. They use and abuse these things like they are trucks, in Pattaya Stephen and I saw ONE scooter pull TWO jet skies down the street, when I mean abuse I really mean it.

So my big school, Midang Elementary gave me two very thoughtful gifts from my return from Thailand on Tuesday morning when I first arrived. The left is a gift set of shampoo and conditioner and other hair stuff that I am not sure they do, and the right is a gift set of Wild Berry wine. I think they just told me I need to loosen up and smell bad.......

Back from Thailand and back to the daily grind. Missing the sweating, the smelly air and the cheap street food. Here are a couple of photos on the first day in Bangkok.

 This was the pictures of things you can do and can't from inside the taxi, so No rams, no guns, no missionary position sex, no dogs, no drinks, no durian fruit, and of course, no smoking.
